Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to physical address in the United States via USPS. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For questions about RUSH or International Shipping, please contact us at [email protected]. We also offer a free, In-store pick up option for local customers.
Please note that the shipping rates for the items that you purchase are based on your order total. Please allow extra shipping time when placing an order during the busy holiday season.
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but should you need to return or exchange an item, we will be happy to accommodate you!
• Merchandise should be returned within 14 calendar days of the purchase.
• Items purchased at a discounted rate of 50% or more are non-returnable.
• All merchandise must be returned in New Condition in Original Packaging with all Tags attached.
• Please send your receipt or a copy of the receipt back with the products you are returning.
• Please fill out the return form and send in with merchandise and receipt.
• All returns will receive either an In-store credit, an Exchange, or a refund issued to the original payment method,.
• We do not offer free-returns; the customer is responsible for return fees.
• You may also return the merchandise to the store locally within 14 days.
1. You should expect to see your return posted after your return is received and processed and the return transaction has processed.
2. All low inventory or back-ordered merchandise will receive a full refund. Inspected merchandise found not to be in shipping condition will not be refunded.
